This website is not for emergencies

We do not monitor our website, forms or email around the clock, and we cannot respond to a crisis through them. If you or someone else is in danger, call 000. Information, not advice

The articles, resources and other information on this website are general information. They are not psychological, dietetic or medical advice for you, and reading them or contacting us through the site does not make you our client. Please speak with a qualified health practitioner about your own situation. Our blog posts reflect their authors' views at the time of writing, and research and guidelines change.

Appointments, fees and waitlist

Our fees, deposits and cancellation policy are on our Fees page, and you will receive our client information and consent forms before your first appointment. Those apply to any appointment you book. Joining our waitlist does not guarantee an appointment or a particular clinician or time. Please give accurate information in our forms, and only submit someone else's details if you have their permission or are their parent or guardian.

Booking and training on other sites

Online booking and our client portal are provided by Zanda, and our training courses are sold and delivered through Teachable. When you use them, their terms and privacy policies apply as well as ours, along with any terms we set for a course.

Our content

The content on this website, including text, articles, audio, images, logos and downloadable resources, belongs to Exhale Psychology Centre or the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright. You may view, download and print it for your own personal use. You may not otherwise copy, change, sell or republish it without our written permission. You are welcome to share a link to any page.

Using the site

Please do not use this website to do anything unlawful, to send spam or harmful code, or to try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not meant for you.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites that we think are useful. We do not control them, and a link does not mean we endorse everything on them.
