My work is grounded in an attachment- and trauma-informed relational psychodynamic approach. At its heart, this perspective recognises that authentic, accepting relationships are a core human need and fundamental to wellbeing. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, clients can begin to heal from past experiences, develop capacities they may not have had the opportunity to cultivate, and reconnect with their inner resources. This process can help you feel more empowered, regain a sense of agency, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and fulfilling to you. Within this approach, I flexibly integrate evidence-based therapies including DBT, ACT, CFT, and CBT, ensuring that therapy is personalised to each client’s needs and lived experience at that time.
