How our waitlist works
We update this page regularly to reflect current wait times. Please note these are estimates only, as wait times depend on when existing clients finish their care.

When a spot becomes available
- You'll be offered a 1-2 day window to accept
- If we don't hear back within that window, we'll release your spot to the next person and take your name off the list
- We don't offer cancellation spots to new clients - we wait until a clinician has regular ongoing availability

‍Securing your spot
‍To accept an offer, a non-refundable and non-transferrable full fee deposit is required. All subsequent sessions are pay as you go.
