Jaime Swan

Clinical Psychologist* (she/her)

My focus is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard and safe to show up as your authentic self. I bring a warm, down-to-earth presence to our work together, and aim to meet you with compassion and curiosity.

I’m passionate about working with:

  • Trauma, adjustment, and grief
  • Disordered eating
  • Neurodiversity
  • LGBTQIA+ identities and relationships
  • Anxiety and mood disorders
  • Interpersonal relationship, and attachment difficulties

I work from a relational approach, and believe therapy is something we do together, not something that’s “done to you.” My work is grounded in person-centered, trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive principles. I draw from a range of therapeutic models including Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, ACT, DBT, CBT, Focal Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (FPT), and SSCM for eating disorders.

Whatever brings you in, whether it is big or small, We’ll go at your pace, focus on what truly matters to you, and work toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and meaningful.

Jaime works Mondays and Tuesdays and sees clients over the age of 18.
